- MAHLE expands service for workshop equipment in Germany and Austria
- Service network doubles in size, enabling even faster response to customer inquiries
MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility has entered into a partnership with TecMotive GmbH to further expand the service for its workshop equipment in Germany and Austria. By collaborating with this independent customer service provider, MAHLE is doubling the size of its service network and will therefore be able to respond even faster to customer inquiries. The partnership will focus on selected products from the MAHLE range. These include A/C service units, diagnostic systems, transmission flushing units, and equipment for calibrating ADAS systems. Product training and
instruction as well as support for emissions testers are also included in the service package.
“As we continue to expand our range of workshop equipment and successfully place it on the market, the volume of service work is also increasing,” said Felix-Matthias Walter, Director Global Service Solutions at MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility. “The combination of technical expertise, fast response times, and genuine customer proximity makes TecMotive an ideal partner that specifically complements and strengthens our existing service network.”
“We are delighted that MAHLE has placed its trust in us and given us the opportunity to put our many years of expertise into service for this strong brand,” said Christian Gabler, Managing Director of TecMotive GmbH. “Our technicians are ideally equipped to provide the workshops with competent support—whether by phone, remote access, or directly on site. Our commitment is clear: We want to create real added value and help workshops operating with MAHLE equipment to work efficiently and successfully.”
Workshops in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland can reach MAHLE centrally via the hotline +49 1806 115599, and will then be forwarded to the regional service partners.
